Wow! It’s incredible how time flies. Four years have passed since ClearLight Property Care was founded, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve managed to achieve together in our local community.
Back in 2022, I was just 16 years old and still studying for my exams at Ferndown Upper School when I decided to launch the business. Starting out as a one-man band focused purely on window cleaning, my goal was simple: to work hard, build honest relationships with local neighbours, and provide a reliable service people could trust.
Four years later, what began as an after-school window cleaning route has grown into a full-scale property care business based in Verwood, serving homeowners and businesses right across Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire.
From Schoolbooks to full-scale exterior care
Reflecting on where we started versus where we are today is truly humbling. Over the past four years, we’ve listened closely to what local property owners actually need to keep their buildings safe and well-maintained. Rather than just cleaning glass, we dramatically expanded our services to tackle the bigger structural challenges that homes face from the British weather.
